In order to receive an interest-free loan from TJFLC, applicants must have the support of guarantors. Guarantors cannot be clients of TJFLC. If the guarantors are married, both parties must sign all documentation.

Guarantors must be landed or citizens over 21 years of age and live in the Greater Toronto area. Guarantors must have been fully employed by the same company for at least one year, and cannot be guarantors on other loans with this agency. Guarantors must reside in separate residences from the applicants and/or other guarantors. All parties involved in a loan application must be employed at separate places of business.
